I. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. 1.   Information collected via Technology

To send an email you do not need to submit any Personal Information other than your name and email address. As part of the operations of this Site, we may use services that incorporate AI capabilities, such as a chat bot, or other automated system for email marketing, subscriptions or sign ups that are common to these types of programs. These parameters are international and thus, upheld globally, to be honored at all times, in all places, by all people. The Company unequivocally condemns scraping and/or sourcing data by any AI agent on any platform without express written permission as piracy, theft, copyright infringement and plagiarism.

ANY INSTANCES OF DATA SCRAPING, AKA "SOURCING" MATERIAL, FROM THIS WEBSITE OR ANY OF ITS SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS FOR TRAINING LANGUAGE LEARNING MODELS OR FOR ANY PURPOSE WITHOUT EXPRESSION WRITTEN PERMISSION BY DIANA HOCHMAN WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWABLE BY LAW.
